POLICIES 

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit of prior to booking your party. Please understand that inquiring about a party does not hold the party date. If we do not receive your deposit and completed paperwork within 5 days, you will forfeit your event date for another potential booking. The final balance will be due in cash or credit at the time of the party. We accept cash or credit card for deposits only. 

Because our parties are based on a predetermined schedule, it is important that guests arrive on time. Guests arriving late can participate at the point where the party has progressed. 

All parties are priced for up to 8 children (including the guest of honor). A party with less than 8 children will still be charged the amount for 8. There is a $20.00 charge for each additional child over the amount of 8. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests/siblings at the party that are not included in the final count. We only provide one party director per party. We will provide additional party directors for an additional $50.00. 

The adult hosting the party is responsible for the behavior of all party guests. The party director is responsible for hosting your party and engaging the children in constant activities. It is your responsibility to take charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not wish to participate. 

LADD, LLC is not responsible for allergic reaction or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of the costumes, or any activitiy taking place before, during, and/or after the party. It is your responsibility to check with your guests for specific food allergies. 

If you are satisfied with the services that our staff has provided you, a standard 18% gratuity is greatly appreciated. 

A $40.00 mileage fee will be assessed for party locations more than 35 miles from zip code 30097. Anything over 50 miles will be an additional charge of .75 cents per mile. Any travel over 3 hours will require an additional $100 fee to cover for overnight stay arrangements in the area.
